Residential building with 14 apartments is located on the corner plot of the unfinished traditional closed city block and follows the morphology of the planned regulation. Even though the corner plot is completely irregular, by adjusting the shape of the building the apartments are rationally organized and functional with most of them having a double orientation. The exterior of the building is reduced to the most basic geometric shapes and rhythmic disposition of the facade openings. The object uses the specificity of the position on the corner and the natural fall of the terrain so that on two different sides, the plot and the object are accessed at different levels. The main quality of the building is the design of the ground level that openly connects with the street and forms the communal space that potentially could be used for a small front garden, while all parking spaces are far from view, behind the building or underground.

Višeporodični stambeni objekat sa 14 stambenih jedinica nalazi se na uglu nedovršenog zatvorenog gradskog bloka prateći morfologiju buduće ulične regulacije. Iako je ugaona parcela nepravilnog oblika, pažljivom postavkom volumena zgrade dobija se racionalni arhitektonski sklop i funkcionalni stanovi sa pretežno dvostranom orijentacijom. Spoljašnjost objekta je svedena na najosnovnije geometrijske oblike i ritmičnu dispoziciju fasadnih otvora. Objekat koristi specifičnost pozicije na uglu i prirodnog pada terena, tako da se sa dve različite strane pristupa parceli i objektu u različitim nivoima. Glavni kvalitet ovog stambenog objekta se krije u parternom rešenju koje, komunicirajući sa okruženjem, formira zajednički otvoreni prostor bloka u vidu slobodnog prizemlja i mogućnošću formiranja prednje bašte, dok je parkiranje sklonjeno od pogleda iza objekta i u podzemnoj garaži.
